Consistent. Good food and vibe. I like that they dont play super loud music so you can actually talk to the people you are there with. Staff is friendly and service is fast. Other restaurants in the area have time limit and spending limit but Sultan does not do that which is also a plus!

Sultan Restaurant is a must-visit for authentic Syrian cuisine. The appetizers, including creamy hummus and flavorful grape leaves, set a delicious tone for the meal. The standout dish was the roast lamb—tender, juicy, and perfectly spiced, served with fragrant rice and sauteed vegetables. The warm ambiance and friendly service make it a welcoming spot for anyone craving Middle Eastern flavors. Highly recommended! Last but not least our host Yashmeen was amazing .

Everything about Sultan Palace is excellent and honestly my favorite restaurant in the Clifton/Paterson area. The flavor of everything is incredible. We started with the mint lemonade which was always delicious and freshly made. We had the appetizer combination platter, which came with homemade hummus, babaganoush, labne, and eggplant/roasted pepper dip. We also ordered stuffed grape leaves with meat, grilled kibbeh, arayes and a few other apps. Everyone loved it. For entrees, we ordered the combination platter for our large group, and every single part of the meal was great. I've never had chicken kebab that was so juicy and flavorful. Everywhere else I've gone to, the chicken is tasteless and dry. The kofta and kebab were seasoned well and delicious. The meal came with bread, pickled vegetables and whipped garlic. This spot is a gem. I highly recommend it. Most importantly, the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly in there.
